Detach Video is a very useful and free application that works to watch any video shown by your browser in a separate window. This is very comfortable because only this video appears in the window.
Detach Video requires no installation: just double click on it so it places itself in the system tray, next to the clock. Later, right clicking on the program icon accesses the configuration options. It includes a shortcut (F12) which you can change to another hotkey. Its effectiveness is shown with, for example, YouTube.
