Blogger.com has the feature that allows posts from multiple authors. So, you can add as many authors to your blog as you like.
I will introduce you how to invite a guest blogger to be an author to your blog.
First, Log on your blogger.com, on Dasboard page, select "Settings" from the 'Permission' menu on the right. You will be taken to the Manage Authors page where you can add additional authors.
Second, the person whom you have invited will shortly receive an invitation email to complete the invitation.
Eventually, when you add additional authors to your blog, they are given permission to create entries and upload files. You can add, change or remove blog permissions as required.
Who can you invite?
You can invite any blogger or guest who has got Gmail accounts.
Why should you want to become an additional author to other people's blogs?
It is because:
1. You do not want to run your own blog, which need to be active with fresh content.
2. You had a blog, but it was dead for long time.
3. You think that it looks odd when your blog has an archive with a big blank period where there was no posting for long time. But you do not want to restart your dead/dormant one for you stop enjoying it or fall out of the habit.
4. You may think that this method also brings your entry's content to the attention of your new audience from the blog that has already had good traffic.
5. You may think that your entry/topic is quite the same interest of that blog.
6. You will get free backlinks to your dead/dormant blog from a high PR site.

Just browse blogger.com, log on the invited blog by using your Gmail accounts, and choose 'New Post' menu to compose the new entries. Done!
